"Unlike the other Grand Cru wines from Nervi this has a more fruit-forward nose. Dried strawberry and red cherries are met with a touch of plum jam and orange marmalade. It has stunning notes of graphite, leather and heather honey as it opens up after a few minutes in the glass. The palate brings a stunning range of black pepper, macerated cherry and liquorice notes which match the fruit intensity oh so well. Tannins and acidity are both found in plentiful amounts which work incredibly well with the fruit concentration and ripeness. An elegant wine that needs at least another 5 years in your cellar to really showcase it's true potential."
