"Without a doubt the best sole Pinot Meunier Champagne I have ever tasted! A warm core of bright red fruits like mulled plums and raspberry coulis which are masterfully matched with the incredible complexity of the yeast work. This has spent 32 months on lees - simply incredible for a wine of this price. Baked brioche, vanilla cream and roasted water chestnuts arise from the glass as this opens up. Lovely texture on this too."
