Methode Traditionelle

Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Noir (35%), Pinot Meunier (5%)

"This is just a gorgeous wine. It has so much going on; on the nose it gives aromas of candied ginger, orange, limes and baked lemons. The mineral and lime flavours are something that really resonate with the Keuka Lake (part of the FLX) terroir. Sourdough and cinnamon on the finish."

Sparkling wines are versatile when it comes to food matching. Lighter and more aromatic sparkling wines are best with spicier foods, where richer and more complex bottle-fermented sparkling wines are best with richer foods.

Overall, they are perfect accompanied by:

Hard and Soft Cheeses

Fresh Vegetables

Fish and Shellfish

White Meat e.g. Chicken and Turkey
