"What a nose! This is really quite fresh and up-front. He (or she?) isn't kidding around here. It has a big oomph of blackcurrants and black plums initially which soon swings around to bramble and Provencal herbs. It has touches of vanilla, smoked meats, and fresh liquorice root. Juicy and rich on the palate with quite a full body. Give it an hour in the decanter or a few years in the cellar for this to really show at its height!"
