"This has a ridiculously pure and delicate nose. It starts off with a whisper of white peach, pear and water chestnuts. A trickle of lemon pith, yellow kiwifruit and almonds also come alight on the nose. The palate has a zingy acidity and very light palate. This is the vinous equivalent of the Swan Lake ballet. Pure and delicate like nothing else!"
