It offers everything that you'll ever want or need with a plethora of ripe stonefruit flavours with nectarine, pear and golden apples coming to the forefront, but it grows in to the light lime sherbet notes that twinkle around the rim as it opens up. Opening up further, and on the palate, there are notes of marzipan and vanilla smoke - by-products of the 65% of the crop undergoing fermentation in old French oak - also explains the rich and textural mouthfeel."
