"Certainly is one of the most interesting sparkling rosés that I have had for a while. It has a heart of soft red fruits; plums, glacè cherries and raspberries, yet it has this really mineral core to it. It is almost smoky and chalky - certainly very alluring. If you can think of a top end Blanc de Blancs Champagne and apply that minerality to a rose, that is what you are getting here. Lots of intensity and fleshiness on the palate due to the ripe Nerello fruit. Fantastic!"
