 Champagne - France

 Methode Traditionelle

"Loaded with toasty aromas of baked bread, buttered toast and roasted almonds on the nose. There is a real ripe peach note that comes through at about the same time as this lovely lemon curd note. The Chardonnay shines through here on the nose and palate to showcase the absolute best of the Oger Grand Cru vineyard site."

Sparkling wines are versatile when it comes to food matching. Lighter and more aromatic sparkling wines are best with spicier foods, where richer and more complex bottle-fermented sparkling wines are best with richer foods.

Overall, they are perfect accompanied by:

Hard and Soft Cheeses

Fresh Vegetables

Fish and Shellfish

White Meat e.g. Chicken and Turkey
