"Pears, apples, fresh quince, lime and marmalade cake with dashes of chalk dust and salty sea-spray. It has a bit of everything that top end Chablis is known for. Light and refreshing with a little bit more of a drink-now feel to it when compared to the other 1er cru Chablis in Piuze's lineup. That said a zesty palate with nice acidity which is well matched with a fleshy apple and fresh pear fruit that take up the mid-palate."
