Ahr
The Ahr is Germany's northernmost wine producing region as well as being one of the smallest. It is often ignored in the grand scheme of things with the Mosel getting so much of the spotlight. This said it is equally as old as its brothers-in-arms with a rich, albeit small, wine trade.
