Clemensbusch Winery

Clemensbusch winery is focused around the Grosse Lage vineyard site: Pundericher Marienburg in the upper Mosel. It is one of the most historically important vineyards in the whole region - up against some steep competition, no pun intended. A large aspect of their sensation is their ability to showcase their range of terroir (soils) within the large Marienburg vineyard. The soils range from grey to blue to red slate which produces surprisingly vast differences in aromatic profile - well worth buying a couple to taste the difference.
