Contadi Castaldi Winery

Contadi Castaldi is one of the newest wineries in the Franciacorta region of Lombardia, only just being set up in 1987. Yet in that short space of time they have already grown to being leaders in a particular style of Franciacorta: Saten - which is a Blanc de Blancs and lower pressure sparkling wine. To this day they are seen as being the best version of this available.
