Melon de Bourgogne
Melon de Bourgogne is best known as Muscadet - the region in which it is mostly planted and thus makes the white wines of. Muscadet is found in the Loire Valley in France and the wines made there are crisp and refreshing often quoted as the quintessential match to seafood.
