Petillant Naturel is a style of Sparkling Wine that is between tank-fermented and bottle-fermented (or Methode Traditionelle). The results are often fruity, like a tank-fermented sparkling wine, and yeasty or biscuity, like a bottle-fermented sparkling wine. All in all they are fun and enjoyable sparkling wines that should be filling your glasses more often.
