Pinot Blanc
Pinot Blanc is terribly well known or used around the world. It was long-thought to be an inferior grape being compared to the likes of Chardonnay, which was seen as superior. Pinot Blanc in recent years has been given more attention - particularly in the region of Alsace in France - and is now producing some excellent full-bodied white wines.
