Planet Wine

The man behind the incredible selection of Planet Wine is Martin Cahnbley. Martin grew up and studied in Cape Town where he was surrounded by great wines from "some of the most beautiful and welcoming vineyards and wineries in the world." All these wonderful wines got to him and he has been in the wine industry either in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand since 1987. In 2003 he decided to start Planet Wine allowing him to import a selection of some of his most favourite wineries from across the globe. South Africa has always been the centerfold of his portfolio though over the years he has expanded into France, Italy, Spain, Chile and Argentina.
