Victoria
Out of all the major states which make up Australia's wine industry, Victoria is the third most important. Plantings are dominated by Chardonnay and Shiraz (like almost all regions in Australia) but it is most famous for its incredibly well balanced white and red wines made from grapes from the Rhone Valley, Spain and Portugal.
