A white grape varietal that resides in the Veneto. Here it both dry and sweet wines, though the sweet wines are most adored and highest in quality. The sweet wines are made in the passito-style where they are dried out to concentrate flavour and sugars.
The best examples of Vespaiola have high acidities, in both dry and sweet forms, and have flavours of honeycomb and green fruits.
