"I always have and always will love this wine. It is truly something special. It is hand disgorged on order! After spending over 7 years on lees this beast of a wine comes out from the cave to shine the brightest light you've ever seen. It uses some of the oldest, and greatest, vineyards in the Cava region of the Penedes - which by itself would produce a fantastic wine. The extra years on lees is just the cherry on top. Think of brioche, caramel, baked lemons, apple pie, dried grapefruit and brown sugar. It opens up to give a more fruit forward nose and the most textural experience ever. It is both light and rich, acidic but balanced. How there is so much complexity yet being so delicate - I will never understand!"
