"A touch of skin contact, as is tradition in these parts, but this is actually a really lovely and interesting take on Ribolla Gialla given that it is mineral-driven. It takes the stage with its core of white fruits which are masterfully put together with notes of blanched almonds, tarragon, and lilac flowers. The palate is refreshing with great acidity running through it. A fantastic wine that is perfect with foods like fish."
