"Instant hit of dried red currants and apricots which moved into blackberry coulis. A touch of candied orange peel came forth as this opened up, as did secondary oak characters of caramel, salt water toffee, walnuts and roasted almonds. It was medium sweet, medium+ body with a long finish. The palate mainly was dried red currants, orange peel but with a real strong flavour of cinnamon and walnuts."
