"A fresh nose filled with baked bread, bread dough and a salted biscuit crumb - i.e. it's a very yeasty number this one. A twinkle of lemon peel and grapefruit ptih but it is largely yeasty and fresh. This is reciprocated on the palate too. Lovely."
