Aligote
Aligote is a white grape varietal that was once planted en masse in the region of Burgundy in France before Chardonnay came along. It is now very rarely planted in this region with only a few boutique producers showcasing great examples of it. It produces wines that are medium-full in body with lovely white stone fruit flavours.
