Applewood Distillery

Applewood Distillery is the latest project from the clever kids at Unico Zelo Winery in the Adelaide Hills region of Australia. They are a unique distillery that are creating extraordinary hand-crafted spirits using native Australian ingredients.

Their Okar and Red Okar are Australian alternatives to the spirits of Aperol and Campari. They are using all Australian botanicals - the leader being Riberries. Riberries are similar to cranberries and when distilled give similar flavours as well as those of clove.

Their Limoncello is made from a safely guarded recipe from the south of Italy. Their gin is citrus and floral based with an incredible depth and vibrancy to the fragrance.
