Distillerie Franciacorta is based in the northern Italian region of Lombardia. They make a range of products; Grappa, Vodka, Brandy and a range of top quality liqueurs. Their 'Liquirizia' a liquorice root liqueur (not Sambuca) is claimed by experts to be one of the greatest in the world of its kind.
