"This is just singing at the moment. It is incredibly ripe so has more of black fruit spectrum than the usual abundance of red fruit but that is not a bad thing at all! Red cherries, black plums, dried red currants, and vanilla smoke. Let it open up and you'll be rewarded with some great spice notes - clove! It is juicy and soft on the palate with a creamy aspect to its texture. Vibrant acidity that will see it ageing for quite some time to come!"
