Would you believe that this estate dates back to the year: 1793? I wouldn't blame you, as the wines they are producing now are outrageously fruit-forward and technically precise that you would assume they come from a fitted-out new-world winery. The estate is run by friends of the original Castorani family who set it up - all of which looks after a specific aspect of the winemaking process.
