Pecorino
Classic aromas of Pecorino are: Grapefruit, Lemon, Yellow Peach and Yellow Nectarine
Pecorino is a white grape varietal that hails from the Marche region of central Italy. It has a history here that goes back to the 18th century. It was once much more widely grown and is now only at 87ha across the Marche.
It makes fantastic dry white wines that have high acidities (akin to Riesling) and are full of citrus, white floral and stonefruit flavours.
