Where some producers give you fruit and oak with no class, Diamond Creek have a purity and focus that balances the very ripe Cabernet Sauvignon fruit - an aspect not often found outside of Bordeaux. Not cheap but these are wines that would easily knock over many a First Growth Bordeaux!
