Domaine Bonnet-Huteau are easily one of the leading producers of Muscadet around. Where many produce the fresh and light style, or crisp and insipid, Bonnet-Huteau focus on a more fuller-bodied and character full wine. The wines also all spend a longer time on lees, compared to the majority of the Muscadets produced.
