"Refreshing on the nose. A kick of citrus – predominantly lemon pith, orange peel and yellow grapefruit juice. As it opens it gives truly gorgeous clover honey and green apple aromas. It is sweet on the palate with a medium body and a medium finish. Serve chilled and let it warm up slightly. Orange sherbet on the finish. White Port and Tonic is also my drink of choice over the summer time!"
