Schiava
Schiava is a red grape varietal that is known mostly in continental European countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Germany as well as in northern Italy. It often produces dark and brooding red wines with smoky red fruit flavours. Red plum, cranberry, and macerated black cherries are common aromatics of these wines.
